100% of all donations go to train and support Partners In Health Haitian doctors, nurses, social workers and other health workers.

During the last six-month reporting period (ending March 31, 2010), PIH conducted 19 trainings for 682 people. Of these, 444 were new staff members trained to work in Port-au-Prince post-earthquake.

In 2009, PIH conducted 43 courses that trained over 1,021 staff including 760 physicians, nurses, nurse-midwives, nurse aides, pharmacists, lab technicians, and social workers.

In Port-au-Prince, Partners In Health doctors and medical staff provide care for over 10,000 patients per week.
